Specialized in PCM for the identification, formulation, implantation, monitoring, evaluation, training of EU projects and programs, deals with technical assistance to governments as Team Leader for the preparation of masterplans and infrastructure projects / urban planning with analysis and advancement of complex technical issues in relation to the social, cultural and contextual background of the countries.
